Be Certified An RNIA Certificate lets you demonstrate your dedication to building quality relationships. RNIA certification is different because the infrastructure helps you "walk the talk". You can generate Relationship Capital to prove that you apply your certificate in your everyday commitments. There are two certificate levels: RNIA CERTIFICATE Demonstrate that you have a good understanding of the Seven Principles and how to apply them in your day-to-day work and personal commitments. The exam covers the standard's process for conducting effective Commitments to build and sustain quality relationships. RNIA TRAINER CERTIFICATE Demonstrate that you have a solid grasp of the Seven Principles and their application in the learning process. The exam covers the infrastructure's common learning taxonomy, which utilizes Commitments and Perception Polls. Prerequisite: RNIA Certificate. You can apply the infrastructure's learning taxonomy to any teaching, coaching or consulting methodology that can be strengthened with the Seven Principles. RC helps you measure your methodology's effectiveness, and helps its users assess their results.
