The Relationship Infrastructure is the result of community collaboration, a distillation of years of exchanges among people who are passionate about the subject of business relationships, and who are eager to automate them, and to increase and measure their quality. These exchanges resulted in three main ideas: (1) introduce an "application cloud environment" as a flexible, scalable means of automating common business relationships; (2) use Relationship Capital (“RC”) to measure the quality of the relationships; and (3) enable collaboration among users to continually strengthen automation and measurement. Moving forward, the infra will continue to be a collaborative effort. With this in mind, it is designed to encourage user input throughout. Collaboration is woven into the infra. Practically every app has a link to a "Discuss Topic" forum, enabling users to weigh in with opinions and ideas, and a suggestion utility is available to everyone. This constant interaction helps the infra capture generally-accepted standardized content, keep it relevant, and continually improve its capacity to automate and measure relationships.
