The Relationship Infrastructure's app-building environment addresses common online problems: 1. Just One Database, Please. “We're in the Age of the Internet, yet our company has to deal with tons of inconsistent data. If I had to guess, this is a drag on our productivity.” 2. Generic Apps. “In our industry most companies do most of the same things the same way. Yet our industry uses hundreds of Incompatible apps that do essentially the same things differently. My company should be able to plug into off-the-shelf industry software and be done with it.” 3. White Label. “I want my company’s Internet presence to be exclusive, without seeing any banner ads or sponsors.” (Note: Except for a small copyright notice, RNIA is invisible to users.) 4. Iron-Clad Security. “Anyone can go on the web and learn stuff about me or my employees without permission. This is getting out of hand. All info needs to be under its owner's strict control.” 5. Website Interactivity. “Let's face it. Our company’s website is just a glorified brochure. We'd love to offer powerful apps that enable users to interact with our products anywhere, anytime.” 6. Products Can Network Too. “Social networking is popular, but it's mostly about people building relationships. We make money selling products. We want our company’s products to be out there building relationships too.” 7. Measuring Reputation. “On the web, you can’t easily tell who’s got a good reputation so you can trust them. The same goes for companies and products. There needs to be a standard way of doing this.”
