Relationship Infrastructure™
About RNIA
RNIA provides the Relationship Infrastructure, an automated standard for accounting for Relationship Capital (“RC”). The Infrastucture enables entities (individual and enterprise) to account for RC based on promises they make and keep, and on people's opinions and feelings concerning the entities. In the RC standard, promises are referred to as "commitments". People's opinions and feelings are called "perceptions". An entity receives an RC point credit for each commitment it fulfills, and a point (or a fraction) for each positive perception it collects. It receives a point debit for each commitment it fails to fulfill. Points are recorded in the entity's RC Account. RC Accounts are under the control of entities. Entity owners decide who can see the accounts, and how much they can see. To strengthen the quality of commitments and perceptions, the RC standard uses seven time-tested principles: Accountability, Boundaries, Honesty, Respect, Responsibility, Support and Trust. These Seven Principles create a common vocabulary to help entities strengthen their relationships. RNIA also certifies intructors who master aspects of the Infrastructure related to teaching. Access to the Infrastructure is free. There are no membership fees; all features are included. To defray costs initially, RNIA collects credential fees from instructors who elect to become certified.
