organizational entities based on the relationship interactions between
them, and the interactions they have internally.
SEAMLESS CONNECTIVITY
The environment in which all Relationship
Capital interactions¾other
than those that absolutely require human labor¾are
fully automated regardless of the devices or software in use.
EARLY ADOPTERS
Companies that are collaborating in RNIA to deliver the
products and services needed for widespread adoption of Relationship
Capital.
CBOK
The RNIA Common Body of Knowledge that serves as the basis
for Relationship Capital standards, and that enables certification. |
